What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, mobile number, and (if you book) your service address, gate/pet notes, and yard details.
• Booking and payment records for jobs you schedule. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Basic website analytics (pages viewed, general location, referring source) to understand how our ads and site perform.

How we use it

To respond to you, quote and schedule your service, send booking confirmations, reminders and arrival updates by text, complete your job, and improve our service.

Your mobile number & text messages

We text you only about your own booking, and only after you opt in (by texting our keyword or entering your number and agreeing on our website). You can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to be texted, with any third party for their own marketing. Mobile information is used solely to operate the Field Hoppers SMS program described in our Terms.

Who we share with

Only service providers that help us operate — our SMS provider (to deliver texts), our payment processor (to take payment), and mapping/geocoding services (to locate your yard). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

Retention & your choices

We keep booking records as long as needed to run our business and meet legal obligations. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of texts, reply STOP or contact us below.
